Forever Yours Policies and FAQs
Thank you for considering our Forever Yours collection for your event. We can't express how excited we are to put together something special just for you. Granting us creative license with your florals allows us to select the freshest, juiciest blooms available at any given moment and creates a seamless and fuss-free experience for you.
We have close relationships with local growers, which means we often get first-dibs on incredibly special, heirloom florals that we can then share with you. Because these options change from day-to-day, your flexibility and trust is paramount.

We will do our best to honor your request for a specific flower or color, though due to the nature of the product we cannot make guarantees. Our color collections have been chosen for their timeless appeal and are arranged with seasonal flowers that will bring back memories for years to come. Please note any allergies or strong aversions in the 'Special Instructions' field at checkout and we will be sure to avoid them.
We recommend placing your order at least 30 days in advance of your event. Your final selections must be made at least seven days prior to the delivery or pickup date. Orders placed less than 7 days in advance may incur a rush fee. It is advised that you plan to receive your florals the day-of the event or the day before.
Any questions or design preferences should be expressed over email before placing your order. In-person and phone consolations are unavailable for our Forever Yours collections.
Delivery and Pick Up
We offer deliveries on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday to addresses within 7 miles of D.C. for a sliding scale fee based on your zip code. (See our FAQ page for a full list of zip codes). Please contact us if your location lies beyond our delivery range as an additional fee may apply. We are unable to deliver to more than one location.
Your items will arrive clearly labeled in water, packed safely and securely in disposable packaging. Our team is not responsible for unpacking or setting up any items. She Loves Me is not responsible for the condition of flowers after they have been delivered. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the items in your delivery order, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery so we have an opportunity to address.
All delivery fees are waved if you pick up your items from our shop.
As previously stated, our team is unable to unpack or install any items. It's advised that you designate a friend or family member to be in charge of arranging your flowers -- they are often very eager to help! If you desire additional elements such as an arch or mantle arrangement, please consider our full-service wedding offering which begins at $5,000.
We work diligently to secure the freshest flower varietals for your event and support local farmers as well as sustainable growers across the country.
Due to handling products of nature, She Loves Me reserves the right to make last minute changes to flower selections in the event selections are either unavailable or do not meet quality expectations. There is no guarantee of flowers meeting exact expectations due to nature and the artistic interpretation of the designer. In the event substitutions are made, the integrity of the proposed color scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used.
We cannot produce ‘exact’ replicas of images. We cannot match precise colors or flower styles due to the seasons and other climate variables.
You may cancel your items up to 30 days prior to the event date. After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable.
