When Lululemon set out to celebrate their brand ambassadors in Washington, DC, they didn’t want to host just another meet-and-greet. They wanted an experience—one that felt personal, elevated, and full of beauty. So they called us.
The Ask
Lululemon’s DC team was planning an appreciation event for their local brand ambassadors: a crew of fitness instructors, yoga teachers, community builders, and creative leaders who help shape the brand’s presence on the ground. The goal? Thank them in a way that felt thoughtful and memorable—something that would spark joy and deepen connections.
The Idea
Enter: the She Loves Me Flower Bar.
More than just a bouquet station, our Flower Bar experience was designed as a sensory anchor for the entire event. Guests were invited to build their own arrangements with the guidance of our expert floral artists, using an abundant spread of seasonal stems and bright, joyful blooms. It created a moment of play, beauty, and connection—and gave every ambassador something to take home (and post about).

The Experience
Over the course of the afternoon:
-
Guests selected their own stems from a curated palette inspired by Lululemon’s summer campaign—bright, energetic, and wellness-forward.
-
Our team guided the design process, teaching simple floral arranging tips so each guest felt empowered and delighted by their creation.
-
Every bouquet was wrapped in 100% branded packaging, including custom-printed paper and event-specific stickers with the Lululemon logo and messaging.
-
The Flower Bar became a photo moment, with guests proudly posing with their flowers—naturally sharing the experience across their social feeds.
-
The energy was warm and connective, as people slowed down, chatted, and bonded over the unexpected joy of working with flowers.
The Outcome
What started as a branded activation turned into something deeper: a shared ritual that made ambassadors feel seen, appreciated, and inspired. It wasn’t just a takeaway gift—it was a moment of creativity and community.
For Lululemon, the Flower Bar served as:
-
A tangible expression of gratitude
-
A highly shareable visual moment for attendees
-
A connection-building tool that sparked conversation and joy
The Takeaway
When brands want to thank their biggest supporters, it’s not about doing more—it’s about doing it meaningfully. A Flower Bar doesn’t just look good (though it really, really does)—it feels good. And that’s what people remember.
