Deliveries

We offer deliveries on Tuesday through Saturday. The order deadline for same-day delivery is 3:00 p.m.

We sure do! Same day deliveries can be placed online up until 3:00pm that day. Kindly note there will be an additional $10 fee.

We strive to get you your flowers between 11 a.m.-4 p.m. The recipient will receive a text once the flowers are on the way along with live tracking details. If you need your order by a certain time, please leave a note for us at checkout!

One of our favorite parts of working with fresh, local flowers is allowing the season to dictate the blooms. We're happy to take requests, but please note that all availability is subject to change on a day-to-day basis.

Absolutely! Simply choose the pick up option at check to arrange a date within our operating hours that is convenient for you.

If you require delivery on a day that we do not typically offer, please call the shop at 202-635-0361. An additional fee may apply.

Yes! Please leave a note at checkout if you know in advance the recipient will not be available at the time of delivery or if the flowers should be left in a specific spot or with a front desk attendant. The recipient will still receive a text message with live tracking updates when the order is on its way.

We will make every attempt to get an order in the recipient's hands. In the event they are not home, we will leave the delivery in a safe place and text them that it has arrived.

Quality Standards

Certain flower varieties have a longer vase life than others, but you can expect the majority of your flowers to look fresh for at least three days. Every bouquet comes with a care card and instructions on how to extend their life. We do not provide flower food as we've found that regularly changing the water is proven to help flowers last longer.

We're unable to guarantee pet-friendly flowers in our bouquets due to the nature of seasonality and local availability. We do our best to offer advice on pet-friendly flowers based on the information we have, but always encourage customers to do their own research before making any fresh flower purchases if they have furry friends at home.

Some flowers, by nature, do not last as long as others. It's natural for a few stems to wilt before the rest of your bouquet. However, if you are unhappy with the overall quality of your arrangement please give us a call or email within 24 hours. In most cases, we will gladly replace the arrangement. No refunds or replacements will be made after this period.

During the growing season, we work with certified organic local farms in Maryland and Virginia to ensure the freshest blooms for your arrangements and floral designs. In the wintertime, we work with a local importer.

No two flowers look exactly alike, which is exactly why we love working with them! For this reason, we are unable to guarantee exact similarities; please note that all photos are meant to serve as inspiration and reference points. 

We work diligently to meet all of your requests and expectations. Due to the perishable and seasonal nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on live plant or floral goods; however, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of your bouquet or plant, please do let us know and we will make it right.

Workshops

We are able to issue a refund in the event you let us know at least 7 days in advance of the workshop date.

Any less than 7 days notice and we are able to a) change your ticket to another workshop of the same value at a later date or b) issue you a credit in the amount of the workshop to be applied to a future date or any online purchase.

If you request to cancel your workshop ticket within 24 hours of class we are unable to transfer your date, nor issue a credit, nor refund your ticket as the materials have already been purchased.

If you do not show up for a workshop, your ticket will be forfeited and we are unable to refund or transfer your ticket to a future date.

It's requested that you use our provided materials to allow for consistency and ease with instruction.

You may bring your own beverages, we just ask that you also provide any serving ware and be respectful of the larger group.

Yes, and it's one of our favorite services ever! We have a 15-person minimum for private workshops. If you'd like us to teach at a location of your choice, there is an additional 10 percent transportation fee.

We'd love to hear more about your virtual event. Please note this service is reserved for groups of 30+ attendees.

We are only able to ship materials for our evergreen and dried wreath making class. We require a finalized list of shipping addresses two weeks in advance of your workshop date.

We believe the more the merrier. We've led workshops for groups of up to 100 and are happy to create a customized package for your particular event. An additional instructor fee may apply for larger groups.

Due to the limited capacity of our space, we are only able to accommodate guests who have purchased a ticket.

A La Carte Florals

In short, our a la carte florals put more creative control in the hands of our skilled florist. The service is more streamlined, requires less lead time, has no service fees in place, and a lower $300 minimum order. We’ve modeled the offerings after the most commonly requested color combinations and sizes, which removes a lot of the guessing work for our customers. 

By sticking to set color palettes and leaving creative direction in the hands of our team, we’re able to bypass service fees and ensure the process is more straight-forward while still offering quality, unique florals.

Alternatively, our bespoke services are much more collaborative in approach and completely customizable. We require a minimum $10,000 investment for custom floral designs.  

We truly believe you can achieve a gorgeous floral plan with either option.

We will do our best to honor your request for a specific flower or color, though due to the nature of the product we cannot make guarantees. Our color collections have been chosen for their timeless appeal and are arranged with current wedding trends in mind for flowers you'll remember fondly for years to come. Please note any allergies or strong aversions at checkout and we will be sure to avoid them.

We recommend placing your order at least 30 days in advance of your event. Your final selections must be made at least 14 days prior to the delivery or pickup date. Orders placed less than 14 days in advance may incur a rush fee. It is advised that you plan to receive your florals as close to the day of your event as possible.

Any questions or design preferences should be expressed over email before placing your order. In-person and phone consultations are unavailable for our a la carte collection.

We have a $300 minimum in place for our a la carte collection.

We service addresses within 7 miles of D.C. (See the "Deliveries" section above for a full list of zip codes). Please contact us if your location lies beyond our delivery range as an additional fee may apply. We are unable to deliver to more than one location.

Your items will arrive clearly labeled in water, packed safely and securely in disposable packaging. Our team is not responsible for unpacking or setting up any items. She Loves Me is not responsible for the condition of flowers after they have been delivered. 

All delivery fees are waved if you pick up your items from our shop.

Our team is unable to unpack or install any items. It's advised that you designate a friend or family member to be in charge of arranging your flowers -- they are often very eager to help! If you desire additional elements such as an arch or mantle arrangement, please consider our full-service wedding offering which begins at $8,000. 

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order up to 30 days from your event date for a full refund, minus a 10 percent convenience fee. Any cancellations made less than 30 days from the event date will receive credit towards a future order, except in the event we receive a cancellation request within 7 days or less of your event date. Cancellation requests within 7 days of pick up or delivery date will not be accepted and the customer will incur full charges with exception of the delivery fee.

Can I change the date or postpone my order?

We can not accommodate changes to your event date. In the event of a date change or postponement, our cancellation policy would apply. You may cancel your order up to 30 days from your event date for a full refund, minus a 10 percent convenience fee. Any cancellations made less than 30 days from the event date will receive credit towards a future order, except in the event we receive a cancellation request within 7 days or less of your event date. Cancellation requests within 7 days of pick up or delivery date will not be accepted and the customer will incur full charges with exception of the delivery fee.
