Expectations & Duties:

She Loves Me is looking for a committed Tuesday - Saturday delivery driver to share a bit of joy in the form of flower deliveries to our customers.

Delivery drivers are responsible for:

• Arriving on-time to our Eckington shop to load up their set of designated orders for the day.
• Navigating to addresses across the DC area using an intuitive delivery app on your smart phone
• Checking all orders for accuracy before departing the shop on the delivery route (ie. no orders missing or incomplete).
• Delivering orders in perfect condition to customers.
• Tracking delivery completion and hours worked within the delivery and scheduling apps.

- Is punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.

- Has genuine concern for the happiness and satisfaction of our outstanding customers

- A proactive, team mentality and the understanding that your actions have an impact on the She Loves me customer & business.

Hours: Late-night shifts, typically between 10:00 PM–3:00 AM (2–5 hours per event)

Are you a night owl who doesn’t mind late nights and hands-on work? The Breakdown Crew Lead helps guide a small team through end-of-event breakdowns, keeping things organized, efficient, and low-stress once the party wraps up.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the breakdown crew during late-night load-outs.

Work against a Run of Show with timing requirements and venue deadlines

Oversee packing and loading of décor, florals, and rentals.

Act as the point person and decision-maker for any last-minute issues.

Requirements
Valid driver’s license. Comfortable driving a 15′ U-Haul van. Event, wedding, or hands-on production experience. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during the shift. Reliable, calm, and comfortable working late-night hours.

Note: Eligibility for Breakdown Lead Role ($40/hr) after 5 breakdowns completed.

Inside Event Sales Coordinator 📍 Remote | Part-Time | Mon–Fri, 11AM–5PM | $25/hr
