When Monos Travel opened its stunning new store in Georgetown, Washington, DC, they invited She Loves Me, a floral design studio known for its modern, organic style, to help bring their brand philosophy to life through flowers. The result was a seasonal floral installation that captured the beauty of slowing down — and reminded customers to find wonder in every fleeting moment.

A Shared Vision: Mindful Design and Elevated Simplicity

Designing for the Traveler’s State of Mind

Our team designed floral arrangements for Monos’ Georgetown store opening with two main creative goals:

1. Mirror the lightness and levity of travel.
   We used negative space, floaty textures, and airy fall flowers to evoke the calm, uncluttered feeling of stepping into a peaceful, well-designed space — or boarding a flight with only what you need.

2. Capture the movement of being on the go.
   Through sculptural lines and directional shapes, we mimicked the graceful sense of motion that defines travel. Each arrangement felt alive — leaning, flowing, and leading the eye forward, just like the experience of exploration itself.
