Winnie Harlow and Kyle Kuzma’s Engagement: A Jet Full of Roses
Share

When model Winnie Harlow said yes to NBA star Kyle Kuzma, she did it surrounded by a sea of roses — literally. Our team at She Loves Me was invited to transform Kuzma’s private jet into a floral dreamscape for the couple’s engagement celebration, and it’s safe to say this one took “romantic” to new heights.
Designing at 30,000 Feet
The couple’s team reached out with a clear vision: red roses, everywhere. We wanted to deliver more than abundance — we wanted emotion. We covered nearly every surface in velvety crimson blooms, weaving hundreds of roses through the cabin, along the windows, and across the seats until the entire jet glowed with warmth and intimacy.
Designing inside a private jet is no small feat. Every stem had to be secured to withstand takeoff turbulence, and every petal had to look perfect under cabin lighting. Our floral artists approached it like an art installation — a space that felt lush, enveloping, and cinematic.
A Love Story in Red
Red roses have always been the symbol of classic romance, but for this moment, we wanted to elevate them — to make them feel modern, luxurious, and completely immersive. The result was an atmosphere that felt both opulent and deeply personal: a private world of color and scent that reflected the couple’s unmistakable chemistry.
Behind the Scenes
From sourcing thousands of premium roses to coordinating with the jet’s crew and security teams, this project was a logistical ballet. We loaded flowers into the hangar before dawn, working quickly to install every bloom before the couple’s arrival. Seeing the finished space — and the joy it sparked — was unforgettable.
Why We Love What We Do
Moments like this remind us why we create flowers in the first place: to capture emotion and turn it into something tangible. Whether it’s a wedding, brand activation, or private celebration, we love designing in spaces that surprise and delight.
If you’re dreaming of a floral moment that’s unforgettable — on the ground or in the air — She Loves Me would love to help you bring it to life.
